And after spending three days looking for a response, someone finally called the police. After breaking into Vigen's apartment near 25th and Nicollet in South Minneapolis, police found the man stuck behind his sink - where he'd been for three days, without food, water or any way to get help. No one knows how he got trapped, and Vigan can't tell the story himself - he's in critical condition. Neighbors are hoping the man they describe as quiet and sweet will make a recovery. Police say this is a tragic reminder for everyone to check on their elderly neighbors not just when there is extreme weather, but all year round.
